vorrei ottenere una ristrutturazione della mansarda, aprendo il lato destro prevedendo una porta finestra per tutta l'ampiezza della mansarda e creando un terrazzo. Nella piantina che allego abbiamo avuto il permesso per realizzare solo il lato destro, mentre la richiesta prevedeva entrambe le aperture.
Vorremmo creare nella parte coperta una zona cinema, senza costruire pareti. Sulla parte sinistra del tetto gradiremmo avere delle finestre lucernaio.
La mansarda, come da progetto, andrà collegata col piano inferiore tramite una scala a chiocciola.

I'd like to get a refurbishment of a mansard, opening the right side planning a window-door for the entire length of the mansard and making a terrace.
In the floor plan, in the annex, we had the authorization to realize only the right side, while the request was for both sides.
We would like to create in the covered area a cinema room, without walls. On the left side of the roof we would like to have some windows.
The mansard has to be linked to the below floor by a spiral staircase.
