Architectural Project Description

The project is conceived as a sensitive response to the natural environment and the functional needs of the user. The proposal articulates a series of pure volumes that engage in dialogue through strategic voids and terraces, allowing a seamless integration between the interior spaces and the surrounding landscape.

The material palette is sober and warm, dominated by black-stained wood as the unifying element, which brings elegance and visual solidity to the composition. This dark tone is contrasted with accents of natural wood—especially in the terraces and open areas—creating a harmonious interplay of texture, color, and material warmth.

The volumetry is resolved through clean geometries and carefully balanced proportions that enhance the isometric reading of the composition. Each module responds to a functional logic, but also to an emotional one, seeking to generate spaces for contemplation, gathering, and introspection.

Lighting is designed for late-afternoon and evening conditions, highlighting the volumes and textures with warm, subtle tones that reinforce the project's inviting and serene atmosphere. The landscape is completed with a curated yet naturalistic approach: native trees, grass, and permeable surfaces reinforce the ecological intention without competing with the architecture.

Overall, this is an honest proposal with a contemporary language that prioritizes connection with nature, conscious material use, and a spatial experience that is both introspective and warm.
