Description

The design that I propose seeks to make the most of the space, while incorporating all the client's requirements.
The main idea of the project is that the patio becomes the central space of the house, in which many activities can take place.
The façade will only be modified on the right side, allowing vehicles to enter. Motorcycles and bicycles will enter through the middle door. Pedestrian access will be through the largest door, giving this space more prominence.
I annulled the door that connected to the basement in order to create a staircase with greater hierarchy and importance within the space.
The living room, the entertainment room, the dining room and the kitchen are in a single space. All looking towards the central courtyard.
All this interior space blends in with the patio, since the doors fold away allowing direct communication.
I have recommended two options to the client:
1) Patio with a pool
2) Patio with a large garden full of flowers.
On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a playroom for children and a gym.
The interior design is bright, welcoming and modern.
I have removed the concrete structure from the roof and replaced it with one where the joists can be seen. Which can be made of wood or metal.
