The main line is the use of the height of the apartment to create a mezzanine well used in a good portion of the area, mainly the area of the bedrooms and for storage.
It proposes an articulation of the living spaces where the kitchen area is the protagonist of the activities. With clear and bright finishes for most of the furniture to give an image of elegance and sobriety.
