The focus of the project is to convert the existing apartments located in this tourist town in Sicily into a luxury B&B. Some internal modifications have been made and four rooms have been carved into the space with the “upper apartment” having a Deluxe sea facing room and a Premium room and the “lower apartment” having two Standard rooms. All rooms have a private terrace, a wardrobe and a bathroom ensuring natural ventilation and maximum comfort. Those who do not have sea view have a possibility of enjoying it at the sea-view lounge. The kitchen, dining area and the lounge are in a single open space to maximize sea view while a portal in the lounge has a ramp for wheelchair access that leads down to the relax lounge for those who want to read a book or watch TV. Furthermore, the reception houses a desk, a waiting area and a store room for utility.
