Dear clients, I have unified the buildings, and added a decorative elevation, recovered with bronze blades for a better presentation. The rest of facade has been covered with stone tiles. I have kept your allowed height of 9 meters by replacing the roof, for a plain one. And added an small terrace. The three levels are divided in elevations of 3 meters height per floor. A fountain frames the entrance with the company name “Gruppo Gabella”, as suggested in the images you uploaded for example. And on the right side is the parking with walkway.

I have used a glass for the separation of the storage area, as you can see in images. It would allow you to check the work and also gives an interesting modern perspective to the design. But you can use a closed wall if you prefer.

In the ground floor (1st floor) you will find: A reception, waiting area, kitchen/dining area for 9 persons. A restroom with double hand wash, a meeting room and a modern stairs with an asian garden under it (as suggested by you in your example pictures).

In the 2nd floor you will find: 3 offices with workstations tables for 12 employees, a restroom and waiting area.

In the 3nd floor you will find: A waiting area, a restroom, and a meeting room that communicates with chief office through a glass door.I have also added a terrace and an small area for sitting in the office.
