Hello everybody,
I saw this interesting website and I decide to launch a contest. My son is looking for a space for start his cocktail bar. After saw many places he finds one.
Before buy it we would like receive some concepts for renovate it. Sadly our budget to make the renovation is quite low so we really looking for cheap but nice solution to impress our future clients. In fact we need to create a new concept of bar here in town there are many but we want to be the coolest.
The space is small and we need to fit many things inside. This bar have 3 functions, cafeteria for the morning lunch place for the lunch time and needs a complete kitchen and aperitif bar for the happy hour.
We like wood and green we would like something like ecofriendly. It needs a handicap-wc for law. The kitchen needs to have a wash area separate by the other part and a storage room where we have to put also the changing area.
Please ask everything you need in order to have the best results.
