Ho anche studiato le opzioni per la distribuzione delle aree nel tuo Loft e ho concluso che la praticità del progetto che propongo è adeguata.
Il bagno, la camera da letto e le stanze più importanti sono posizionati in modo tale che salire e scendere le scale non sia un ostacolo per preservare il comfort.
poi l'angolo della palestra insieme alla lavanderia li mette nella stanza più piccola, considerando l'attrezzatura da palestra che hai citato.
Come puoi vedere, ho proposto una divisione nella camera da letto con le finestre, queste saranno traslucide, poiché il suo obiettivo è solo quello di dare chiarezza, poiché propongo di posizionare un lucernario nell'angolo di lettura, in modo che in questo posto tu abbia di più chiarezza e sarà un vantaggio per la camera da letto. Propongo l'ubicazione di due lucernari nella zona giorno per aumentare la luce naturale nel Loft.
La divisione del locale lavanderia e dell'angolo della palestra è un tramezzo metallico che preserva il senso della pianta a tutta altezza, questo permette la ventilazione, l'illuminazione parziale e la privacy.
Infine ho proposto di modificare la scala del secondo accesso allineandola al muro e aumentando l'ingombro a 28 cm.
PS La dimensione del soggiorno ti permette di adattare il mio progetto alle effettive misure del tuo edificio, visto che hai accennato ad una leggera incertezza nelle misure.

As you can see, I have proposed a division in the bedroom with windows, these will be translucent, since its objective is only to give clarity, since I propose to place a skylight in the reading corner, so that in this place you have more clarity and it will be an advantage for the bedroom. I propose the location of two skylights in the living area to increase the natural light in the Loft.
The division of the laundry room and the corner of the gym is a metal partition that preserves the sense of the plant at full height, this allows ventilation, partial lighting and privacy.
Finally, I proposed to modify the staircase of the second access by aligning it with the wall and increasing the overall dimensions to 28 cm.
