Description

The project has been developed starting from a photo that the customer has provided: where you see the son studying in front of the television. From there it sprang the idea of giving a threefold division to the living room, identifying two usage scenarios:
-Situation 1: a louge area and a study area for the kids
-Situation 2: a louge area and an area for the guests at dinner

The size of the living room doesn't warrant an use very favorable in the situation 2, but we consider the situation as occasional, when we host up to six people for dinner.

For these reasons we decided to split the living room in two spaces with a 90 cm high wall plasterboard, an easy and economical solution.

The choice of furnitures, with a predominance of white and gray colors, to meet the customer's needs of a modern space, was also made in consideration of the aesthetics and colorimetric of the ceiling and floor.

All the furnishings have been chosen on the IKEA catalog Italy.
