NOTE IN ITALIANO

Usiamo questa casa durante le vacanze, prevalentemente d’estate, ma sempre più anche nella stagione fredda
La zona giorno è al pianterreno, un open space da 50 mq che comunica direttamente con il portico esterno, da cui si vede il mare.
D’estate la porta finestra verso sud è la più usata, proprio perché permette di accedere al portico, che è il centro della vita della famiglia
Le finestre guardano direttamente verso un portico che d’estate e’ molto utilizzato, in quanto si vede il mare (vedi fotografia esterno)

La cucina è già in versione definitiva come layout e ingombri

Vorrei invece sviluppaste l’area living con divani e TV
Mi occorre anche una zona smart working con 2 postazioni
ho bisogno di aiuto per la divisione degli spazi, e per i dettagli sull’arredamento, mobili o varie soluzioni per muovere gli spazi.

Trovate anche una stufa a pellet per le mezze stagioni, è appoggiata lì perché c’è lo scarico camino
in alternativa questa stufa potrebbe andare dove c’è la parete blu più stretta, facendo uscire il tubo di scarico verso l'esterno attraverso il soffitto del bagno

Il pavimento è un cotto monocottura molto resistente

RICHIESTA :
- vorrei ricevere una proposta di arredo per la zona giorno che è identificata in pianta nella poligonale gialla
- Mi occorrono delle idee che facciano la differenza

VINCOLI:
- non vorrei fare lavori di muratura o cambiare le piastrelle
- non voglio cambiare la disposizione della cucina, funzinalmente va benissimo, è recente. al limite proposte sui pannelli (Ikea metod)
- sbizzarritevi con il colore, meglio colori chiari ed estivi
- non mi interessa una rivisitazione del country toscano, non è il mio stile preferito, sono più per il moderno/essenziale
- è una casa di vacanza, non voglio spenderci dei capitali per i mobili

ALTRE VALUTAZIONI E OPZIONI:
- lo stile attuale è il risultato di un accumulo di mobili avanzati da altre case
- Il divano e il mobile porta televisione possono essere sostituiti
- potremmo valutare di tenere il tavolo in cristallo Ikea torsby 180x85 come postazione di smart working che invece mi piace
- vorremmo avere anche una libreria, diciamo 1 metro di larghezza basterebbe
- stavo gia’ pensando di tinteggiare le porte interne in bianco o in tinta con il colore delle pareti
- Gradite anche proposte sul colore per dare stacco agli ambienti
- Accetto anche sfide per realizzare su misura mobili o altro (la cucina l’ho customizzata io) ho una discreta manualità e posso fare tutto quello che puo’ fare un falegname

NOTE SULLA CUCINA:
- È una metod IKEA
- vanno fatti dei piani nuovi (quelli che vedete in foto sono provvisori e un po’ danneggiati), proporre essenza/colore
- Avrei intenzione di fare le alzate paraspruzzi in vetro, arrivando al massimo all’altezza della cappa. Non mi piacciono i pensili e non ce li ho messi perché credo appesantiscano
- dove c’è la penisola vorrei fare un bancone da 25 cm per la colazione, vedete gli sgabelli da bar
- le luci a sospensione sopra la penisola (aggiunte dopo le prime foto) sono comodissime e vorrei tenerle
- il tavolo su cui mangiare (siamo in 4/6) potrebbe essere una soluzione standard o potremmo farlo su misura pensando ad un piano in castagno

this is our holidays house, we use it mainly in summer, but sometimes also in in the cold season
on the ground floor we have the living area, an open space of 50 square meters that communicates directly with the front porch, from which you can see the sea (see external photograph). In summer, the door window facing the porch is the most used, the porch is the center of the family's life

The kitchen layout is in the final version as regarding layout and dimensions

Instead, I would like you to develop the living area with sofas and TV
I also need a smart working area with 2 workstations
I need help dividing spaces, and for details on furniture

You will also find a pellet stove for mid-seasons, it is placed there because there is the chimney exhaust
alternatively, this stove could be moved on the narrower blue wall, the smoke pipe can go outside passing close to the bathroom ceiling

The floor is a very resistant single-fired terracotta

REQUESTS:
- I would like to receive a proposal for the living area (identified in the blueprint with the yellow polygon)
- I need ideas that make the difference

CONSTRAINTS:
- I don't want to do any brickwork or change the tiles of the floor
- kitchen is stable and new (ikea metod) I don't want to change it but you can propose a renovation of the panels
- please propose any solution with color, better light and summer colors
- I'm not interested in a reinterpretation of Tuscan country, it's not my favorite style
- I like modern / basic /essential style
- it's a vacation home, I don't want to spend a lot of money for furniture

OTHER EVALUATIONS AND OPTIONS:
- the current style is the result of an accumulation of leftover furniture from other houses
- The sofa and the TV stand can be replaced
- we could consider keeping the Ikea Torsby 180x85 glass table as a smart working station, I like it
- I was already thinking of painting the interior doors in white or a color matching the wall color
- You also like proposals on color to give detachment to functional volumes
- I also accept challenges to create custom-made furniture or other staff (I customized the kitchen) I have a good manual skills and can do everything a carpenter can do
- pending lights on the kitchen peninsula are perfect from a functional point of view, I would like to have similar functionalty
- I would like to have a small bookshelf, essential and modern

NOTES ABOUT THE KITCHEN
- It's the IKEA method line
- I need to refurbish the top of the kitchen cabinet, the ones you see in the picture are temporary and with some little damage, please propose essence / color
- I would like to make the kitchen splash guards with glass, at the same height of the hood
- I don't like wall units and I didn't put them
- where there is the kitchen peninsula I would like to make a 25 cm counter for breakfast, see where you see the bar stools in pictures
- the pendant lights above the peninsula are very comfortable and I would like to keep them (they aren't in older pictures)
- the table for dinner (we are 4/6) could be a standard solution or we could make it custom-made execution with a chestnut top
