permettetemi di farvi i complimenti per la vostra futura bellissima casa, lavorare su certi ambienti di pregio è sempre altamente appagante, inoltre, anche se vivo al nord, ho visitato anni fa Palermo e mi sono innamorata anche io sia dei colori della città che dei sapori della pasticceria siciliana vera e inimitabile.
Ho notato che amate gli oggetti di design di culto ma anche la mobilia e soprammobili di artigianato etnico collezionati nei numerosi viaggi, spero di aver saputo sposare questi due aspetti per una casa che parli di voi al 100%.
Il mio progetto prevede demolizioni minime e di mantenere tutti i rivestimenti attuali. Ho disposto i punti luce su quelli esistenti pertanto non occorreranno opere elettriche. Le opere idrauliche necessarie riguardano solo lo spazio lavanderia ma è probabile che si riesca a spostare a parete senza andare a demolire il pavimento.

let me congratulate you for your future gorgeous home, working on such quality space is always highly rewarding also, although I live in the north, I visited Palermo years ago and fell in love for of the city colors and the flavors of Sicilian pastry truly inimitable.
I noticed that you love the design objects but also the furniture and ornaments ethnic handicrafts collected in numerous trips, I hope that I have been able to marry these two aspects for a house that speaks of you 100%.
My project involves minimal demolition and maintain all existing coatings. I placed the light dots on existing ones, therefore, you will not need to take electrical works. The necessary hydraulic works are just on the laundry room but it is likely that we can move the wall without going to demolish the floor.
