Briefing

Hey guys I am moving to a new flat l, and I decide to find some one more skilled then me to help me to organise the space. I am planning to replace the floor, completely renew the bathroom and the kitchen, paint the walls and the ceiling. I need a modern smart interior that should have the following arias/functions: - nice double bed for me ( with a good mattress and can be hiding/wall bed solution) - possibility to host two friends ( sofa bed or chair/pouffes-beds as example) - functional kitchen ( oven, dishwasher and full size frige are essential!) and table for 3-4 people (can be foldable or be a bar or any other solution) -tv/chat area with sofa -wardrobe, storage for shoes - space for washing machine in the bathroom or in the kitchen Challenges:-little window(maximize the amount of light) -Orginize the space the way it will have maximum functionality - Use original details of the flat -I would like to use the original characteristic details of the flat (wooden beam ceiling and may be the fireplace ) and harmonically use them in the project -Compact bathroom Project AIM: I would like something refine and smart in the same time. The idea is to use the space effectively using smart solutions I like clean lines and minimalistic design, but i am completely open for new ideas and different stiles . I have an average budget so I am planing to buy the furniture at IKEA, Maison du Monde, Cargo & High-Tech, Poltrone Sofa, Leroy Merlin and other shops here in Milan . Some of the parts of the projects can be tailor made (kitchen as an example and some storage solutions and the bath furniture) What I need is a layout (for the room and the bathroom), many images/renders and a list of furniture used ( you can use also online retails) with model and brand. The color scheme if you are using different colors. Also i need suggestions on the materials, colors and lights positioning. For the tailored furniture ( like kitchen) I need sizes of basic specifications of the modules Additional information:-House ceiling heights is 275 (+ the wooden beams) - The wall mounted water boiler ( in the conner of the kitchen) can not be moved. - Fireplace is not functional and can be removed or redecorated -Bathroom door can be left as is or replace for example with a sliding one - The shower wall can be removed/replaced-Additional walls can be build/ furniture can be used to separate the space - I am considering to use some multifunctional solutions like CLEI ( wall bed/table or wall bed/library as an example) -I like modern solutions like 'hiding kitchens', transforming tables
