The concept of the apartment solution is a small village. There is a formation of three individual apartment units. Positions of apartments are set, so each one has enough private space with a beautiful sea view.
Small units follow a slight drop in terrain. They are interconnected by plateaus, with different entertainment contents like barbecue, a common hang out space (open space dining and living room), pool, outdoor shower, garden, multifunctional sports field.
