Description

Hello, dear Client
The design is divided into three zones according to your announcement. There is an entrance path between the parking lot and the entrance of the building, one side of which has a swimming pool with a glass guard and the other side has a garden that accompanies you from the parking lot to the entrance.
There is another garden that separates the pool from the parking lot.
In the roofed courtyard, a fireplace with a water sink is provided, which is very useful for outdoor guests. After entering the house, on the left side, there is a cupboard with a mirror that is used to put shoes and accessories when entering the house. The dining and living area is located next to the panoramic window, which has a good view of the courtyard. A fireplace is provided in the living area. A large kitchen with many cabinets is provided between the dining room and the entrance to the bedrooms. The kitchen has a large island table with chairs for daily use. The user mentioned in the design for the niches is just a suggestion.
In zone one, the TV viewing area has an L sofa that is suitable for both watching TV and reading. The arrangement of equipment in Zone 1 is such that traffic between rooms is open and without problems. A seating area with a library is provided next to the stairs. A private study room is also suggested for the niche in Zone One.
The ceilings are designed based on creating the maximum height in the rooms and the design of crowded volumes has been avoided because this makes the height seem small. The ceilings are designed in such a way that it is possible to pass air ducts from the rooms to the hall. In lighting, we tried to use spot lights along with linear LED lights.
I hope you enjoy the design.
