Briefing

Hello designers,

I want to renovate my apartments.

Doorway:

Doorway is the first impression when you enter the apartment. I would like to see a place to take off my shoes with a tall mirror. A cabinet to store my keys or small things and a Coat rack. Right now, there are two sections, one to hang my clothes with two shelves and the second one with four shelves. reconstruction of the two sections would be appreciated. Please note that no other storage space is available in the apartment.

I prefer to place the couch in the living room along the same line as the doorway for increased privacy. I want to close the current opening and create a new one next to the bathroom. Will this reduce the incoming light?

Bathroom:

The Bathroom was renovated in the past, but the wall between the toilet and washbasin annoys me and uses a lot of space. I’m not 100% sure if there are any pipes inside it. If not what will be the options if removed? Adding a glass? What else can be added/removed to make the bathroom more spacious? the washbasin cabinet should be replaced

Living room:

Living room is the space that I use the most and I sometimes sleep there.
I’d like to have a spacious, bright living area 
When I enter it, I want to say wow. Thinking of creamy, white or sage green walls??
I like modern design, not too minimal with plain and light colours. Maybe with big mirrors, the living room can look bigger?
The couch and 65' TV are there.


There are two heating pipes there, I want to hide them/be part of the decoration and at the same time use the heat coming from them. Is there a way to reduce the noise from outside? One important point is the energy label. It’s E. Adding a few wooden wall panels can help with insulation and decrease the energy label??


Dinner section:

A small dining area. Adding a different signature to it. The table is there. Should it be replaced with a smaller one? Can the area be used as an open kitchen or differently with the current design?

The main bedroom:

I don’t have many ideas but want it to look romantic and warm. Also, hide the pipes there. the room is empty now.

The small bedroom:
I would like to see bed, coach & office set up there. In other words, a complete room for someone to live and sleep and at the same time as a working space. How can I best use the space? Should I expand it?

The kitchen.
The space is already renovated. I want to explore additions to enhance the current setup. The table shown in the pictures is no longer there. How can we make the most of the area with the beautiful outdoor view? Is there a way to utilize the small section with the heater and washing machine? Should we consider moving a dining table inside?

For the furniture, I would like to see affordable ones with good quality and a few frames, shelves, and plants to decorate the whole place and the balcony.

Note 1: there are heating pipes in all rooms and hiding them is appreciated
Note 2: The design should be realistic to be implemented and not cost a lot of money.

SPA:
Hola diseñadores,

Quiero renovar mis apartamentos.

Puerta:

La puerta es la primera impresión al entrar al apartamento. Me gustaría ver un lugar para quitarme los zapatos con un espejo alto. Un armario para guardar mis llaves o cosas pequeñas y un perchero. Ahora mismo hay dos secciones, una para colgar la ropa con dos estantes y la segunda con cuatro estantes. Se agradecería la reconstrucción de las dos secciones. Tenga en cuenta que no hay otro espacio de almacenamiento disponible en el apartamento.

Prefiero colocar el sofá de la sala de estar en la misma línea que la entrada para mayor privacidad. Quiero cerrar la abertura actual y crear una nueva al lado del baño. ¿Esto reducirá la luz entrante?

Baño:

El baño fue renovado en el pasado, pero la pared entre el inodoro y el lavabo me molesta y ocupa mucho espacio. No estoy 100% seguro de si hay tuberías en su interior. Si no, ¿cuáles serán las opciones si se eliminan? ¿Agregar un vaso? ¿Qué más se puede añadir/quitar para que el baño sea más espacioso? el mueble del lavabo debe ser reemplazado

Sala de estar:

El salón es el espacio que más uso y a veces duermo allí.
Me gustaría tener una sala de estar amplia y luminosa.
Cuando entro, quiero decir ¡guau! ¿Estás pensando en paredes color crema, blanco o verde salvia?
Me gusta el diseño moderno, no demasiado minimalista con colores lisos y claros. ¿Quizás con espejos grandes la sala de estar puede parecer más grande?
El sofá y el televisor de 65' están ahí.


Allí hay dos tubos de calefacción, quiero ocultarlos/ser parte de la decoración y al mismo tiempo aprovechar el calor que sale de ellos. ¿Hay alguna manera de reducir el ruido del exterior? Un punto importante es la etiqueta energética. Es E. ¿Agregar algunos paneles de madera en las paredes puede ayudar con el aislamiento y disminuir la etiqueta energética?


Sección de cena:

Un pequeño comedor. Agregándole una firma diferente. La mesa está ahí. ¿Debería sustituirse por uno más pequeño? ¿Se puede utilizar el área como cocina abierta o de otra manera con el diseño actual?

El dormitorio principal:

No tengo muchas ideas pero quiero que luzca romántico y cálido. Además, esconde las tuberías allí. la habitación está vacía ahora.

El dormitorio pequeño:
Me gustaría que allí se instalaran la cama, el autocar y la oficina. Es decir, una habitación completa para vivir y dormir y al mismo tiempo como espacio de trabajo. ¿Cómo puedo utilizar mejor el espacio? ¿Debería ampliarlo?

La cocina.
El espacio ya está reformado. Quiero explorar adiciones para mejorar la configuración actual. La mesa que se muestra en las fotos ya no está. ¿Cómo podemos aprovechar al máximo el área con la hermosa vista exterior? ¿Hay alguna manera de utilizar la sección pequeña con el calentador y la lavadora? ¿Deberíamos considerar trasladar una mesa de comedor al interior?

En cuanto a los muebles, me gustaría ver unos asequibles y de buena calidad y con algunos marcos, estanterías y plantas para decorar todo el lugar y el balcón.

Nota 1: hay tuberías de calefacción en todas las habitaciones y se agradece ocultarlas
Nota 2: El diseño debe ser realista para su implementación y no costar mucho dinero.

Voglio ristrutturare il mio appartamento.

Ingresso:

L'ingresso è la prima impressione quando entri nell'appartamento. Vorrei vedere un posto dove togliermi le scarpe con uno specchio alto. Un armadietto per riporre le chiavi o piccoli oggetti e un appendiabiti. Al momento ci sono due sezioni, una per appendere i vestiti con due ripiani e la seconda con quattro ripiani. Sarebbe gradita la ricostruzione delle due sezioni. Si prega di notare che nell'appartamento non sono disponibili altri spazi per riporre gli oggetti.

Preferisco posizionare il divano del soggiorno lungo la stessa linea della porta per una maggiore privacy. Voglio chiudere l'apertura attuale e crearne una nuova accanto al bagno. Questo ridurrà la luce in entrata?

Bagno:

Il bagno è stato ristrutturato in passato, ma il muro tra WC e lavabo mi dà fastidio e occupa molto spazio. Non sono sicuro al 100% che ci siano dei tubi al suo interno. In caso contrario, quali saranno le opzioni se rimosse? Aggiungere un bicchiere? Cos'altro si può aggiungere/togliere per rendere il bagno più spazioso? il mobile lavabo andrebbe sostituito

Soggiorno:

Il soggiorno è lo spazio che utilizzo di più e talvolta dormo lì.
Mi piacerebbe avere una zona giorno spaziosa e luminosa
Quando entro, voglio dire wow. Stai pensando a pareti color crema, bianche o verde salvia??
Mi piace il design moderno, non troppo minimale con colori semplici e chiari. Forse con grandi specchi il soggiorno può sembrare più grande?
Il divano e la TV da 65 pollici sono lì.


Ci sono due tubi del riscaldamento lì, voglio nasconderli/essere parte della decorazione e allo stesso tempo sfruttare il calore che ne deriva. C'è un modo per ridurre il rumore proveniente dall'esterno? Un punto importante è l’etichetta energetica. È E. L'aggiunta di alcuni pannelli murali in legno può aiutare con l'isolamento e ridurre l'etichetta energetica??


Sezione cena:

Una piccola sala da pranzo. Aggiungendo una firma diversa ad esso. Il tavolo è lì. Andrebbe sostituito con uno più piccolo? È possibile utilizzare l'area come cucina a vista o diversamente con il design attuale?

La camera da letto principale:

Non ho molte idee ma voglio che sia romantico e caldo. Inoltre, nascondi i tubi lì. la stanza è vuota adesso.

La cameretta:
Mi piacerebbe vedere il letto, il pullman e l'ufficio allestiti lì. In altre parole, una stanza completa dove vivere e dormire e allo stesso tempo come spazio di lavoro. Come posso utilizzare al meglio lo spazio? Dovrei espanderlo?

La cucina.
Lo spazio è già ristrutturato. Voglio esplorare le aggiunte per migliorare la configurazione attuale. Il tavolo mostrato nelle immagini non c'è più. Come possiamo sfruttare al meglio l'area con la bellissima vista esterna? C'è un modo per utilizzare la piccola sezione con il riscaldamento e la lavatrice? Dovremmo considerare di spostare un tavolo da pranzo all’interno?

Per quanto riguarda i mobili, ne vorrei vedere di economici e di buona qualità, con qualche cornice, mensola e pianta per decorare l'intera casa e il balcone.

Nota 1: i tubi del riscaldamento sono presenti in tutte le stanze ed è gradito nasconderli
Nota 2: Il progetto dovrebbe essere realistico da implementare e non costare molto denaro.
