After considering your needs, requests, limitations, and the building's current situation, we have identified key factors that have guided our design.

Considering this villa is being renovated for sale, we tried to achieve the best results with the lowest costs. The building of the villa has precious elements inside and outside the house that we tried to preserve. In general, for you to make a better decision, we have presented 4 proposed plans for the ground floor and the first floor, so that you can decide with ease.

- Ground floor plan 1: In this plan, as it is known, we moved part of the garage space to the residential unit. We also changed the entrance of the building. At the entrance, there is a bathroom and a changing room. The room is located in the upper part, which has a cozy entrance. All in all, in this plan, a suitable spatial quality has been created and the uses do not interfere with each other, and the maximum efficiency of the space has been done in this plan.

- Ground floor plan 2: In this plan, the room is placed in the upper part as in the first plan. In this plan, only the bathroom space is taken from the garage space and according to its location, it has good efficiency.

- Ground floor plan 3: In this plan, the ground floor room has been moved to the fireplace room, and an integrated hall for living and dining remains. In this plan, the toilet is placed in a part of the garage. Due to having a fireplace, the room has a unique style that highlights this design.

- Ground Floor Plan 4: In this plan, we made a bold proposal and converted the requested room in the garage into a separate suite to make the interior space more spacious and luxurious. The separate suite has a private service, a mini kitchen, and separate access, which the buyer can use for personal use or to rent to tourists.

For the first (top) floor, 4 plans have been proposed, the differences of which cannot be stated in brief.

- Upstairs plan 1: In the first plan, the location of the master room has been changed and the previous public bathroom has been converted into a private bathroom in this room. Reducing the corridor space and better use of space to make the rooms bigger are the features of this design.

- Upstairs plan 2: In this plan, by moving the corridor to the other side of the plan, better use of the space is made and the rooms are bigger.

- Upstairs Plan 3: In proposed plan #3 we removed 1 room and created a large room. Each room has a private walk-in closet and private bathroom. In addition, in this plan, we have the least deviation from the map for the corridor. But if we want to be honest, the preference of our design team is to place 3 rooms on this floor.

- Upstairs Plan 4: In this plan, we kept the overall space and increased the quality of the space only by organizing the rooms and some small details.

- Attic room: Upstairs, while maintaining the overall space, we considered a study and a small single bedroom, which can also serve as a small storage room.
- Basement: In the basement, we included a hot tub with a spa. Also, we considered a mini kitchen and living space for the basement to make better use of space.
