Thank you for this great project, I have sent the design that I made, hopefully the design that I made is according to what you want, I will explain a little about my design as follows.
Exterior:
here I try to design the exterior with a few panels on the walls to have a modern but classic impression, besides that there is a bbq area on the side of the building, and I changed the garage door to be wider, I tried to make a garden that looks cool, because this is suitable for buildings that will be rented out later.
interior:
I didn't make too many changes to the interior walls, because I think the current ones are enough, I only added a wall to make a bathroom on the ground floor, and changed the windows to be smaller. besides that I also changed the door on the first floor to be more efficient, I tried to design the ground floor to look more modern by making changes to the tiles, and making panels on the walls to add a luxurious impression to this house.
