The project involves the division
of the property into three distinct levels, each of them will be enjoyed at
different times of day:
the living area, sleeping area, the leisure and guests area. The living area, which is accessed through the main entrance, off-center to
allow the garage - tavern construction, consists by a bright and spacious
open space, including the kitchen, the dining room and the living room.
These spaces are connected between them and disconnected only through the
distribution of the furnishings, however, there is the possibility to insert a
wall or sliding doors to delimit the kitchen to the other space.
From this open space you directly can access to both garages - tavern to the
garden, as well as access to the first floor through the central staircase. On the first floor, around the central staircase, the various rooms and related
services, as well as a games room, laundry and storage room are expanding. The scale is the protagonist and the heart of the project, connecting element
between floors, and first of all is the item that allows, through the use of
structural glass, the natural and artificial lighting in the central part of
the house, that usually remains out of sight . The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and master bath, where can be expected
an exclusive access from the bedroom. Children's rooms, located in front of the bedroom, they flank and are, thanks
to their square meters, real double bedrooms. Alongside the children's bedrooms
there is a large bathroom, which leads also to the laundry room, directly
connected with the outside by a terrace, specially located at southeast in
order to allow natural drying of clothes. Finally, there is also a room for children to play which is directly connected
to the long terrace that stretches across the facade, with railings suitable to
protecting the safety of children. From the central staircase leads to the second floor, which occupies about half
of the area of the first floor, since the remaining area is occupied by a large
terrace facing the best sunshine, that is to the southeast. On the first floor there is a large double bedroom, an office and a room for
leisure, all rooms have separate entrances and are directly linked to the
central interior corridor, as well as the terrace. As coverage, to permit direct illumination of the stairwell and greater
enjoyment of the natural light in the central part of the property, it is
recommended the realization of a skylight, with automatic opening, which
extends over the entire surface of the staircase.
