At the ground floor we have a powder room and drawing room for guest just near the entrance to respect the privacy of the house. Two bedroom with private bathroom on the north front. The living room is a big open space with dining area and connected to the kitchen by a counter with high chairs.
On the first floor the three master bedroom, a lounge area that can have several use: relax area, music, play... a pantry, and an additional room (use to be defined to your exigences).
On the second floor there is the house-keeper room with private entrance. The office and the gym opens on the terrace.
The furniture are luxurious and bright.
