take-away place - la piadina bella

Briefing

To create a format of 40/50 square meters for the selling of italian 'piadina'. I don't have a place yet, I'd like to create a concept and then adapt it to the space I'll find, therefore kindly use an ideal floorplan. Inside the shop I do not want a lot of furniture because the space must be essentially for take away, few tables and chairs. The space must be divided in two parties the front desk for the selling area e the back shop for the preparation.
I do not have a fixed budget but limited resources.

Progettare uno spazio di 40/50 mq per la vendita di piadine. Non ho ancora un locale definito, vorrei avere dei concept da adattare allo spazio che troverò, perciò potete usare una pianta ideale. Lo spazio deve essere essenziale, con poche tavole e sedie, deve essere essenzialmente uno spazio take away. Lo spazio deve essere diviso in due parti ; la parte per la vendita e la parte per la preparazione del prodotto.
Non ho un budget , ma risorse limitate
