Il progetto si pone l’obiettivo di ottimizzare gli spazi in modo da ricavare oltre ad una vivibile zona living le tre camere e i due bagni come da richiesta. Per fare questo abbiamo proposto due soluzioni differenti poiché nella prima l’ampiamento della loggia avviene dalla parte della zona giorno, mentre nell’altra avviene dalla parte della zona notte. Entrando ciò che si vuol trasmettere è la luminosità e quindi la vivibilità delle varie aree identificate con una prima zona d’ingresso con mobile guardaroba ad incasso, la zona living con area studio dedicata, la sala da pranzo e la cucina impostata per non essere troppo in vista ma leggermente separata, anche se lo stile è quello di un grande openspace. La terrazza ad L va così a contornare l’appartamento creando vari accessi grazie anche alle ampie vetrate. La zona notte si compone di tre camere e di due bagni di cui uno collocato vicino la zona giorno in modo da risultare ben fruibile anche come bagno ospiti; inoltre varie armadiature a parete possono ospitare la zona lavanderia. I materiali adottati sono naturali dai toni neutri con leggeri contrasti grazie all’impiego di essenze di legno più scure che ben si abbinano al resto della casa.

The project aims to optimize the spaces in order to obtain, in addition to a livable living area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms as requested. To do this, we proposed two different solutions since in the first the extension of the loggia occurs on the side of the living area, while in the other it occurs on the side of the sleeping area. Upon entering, what we want to convey is the brightness and therefore the livability of the various areas identified with a first entrance area with a built-in wardrobe, the living area with a dedicated study area, the dining room and the kitchen designed not to be too visible but slightly separated even if the style is that of a large open space. The L-shaped terrace thus surrounds the apartment creating various accesses thanks also to the sliding glass doors. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is located near the living area so as to be easily usable also as a guest bathroom; in addition, various wall wardrobes can accommodate the laundry area. The materials used are natural with neutral tones and light contrasts thanks to the use of darker wood essences that match well with the rest of the house.
