Project Overview:

This project focuses on the conversion of an existing two-bedroom unit into a modern minimalist three-bedroom residence, designed to enhance both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Living & Common Areas:
A key highlight of the design is the reimagined living area, featuring a versatile back-to-back sofa layout. One side faces the TV for a comfortable entertainment zone, while the opposite side creates a dedicated reading nook. This reading area is complemented by a custom-designed bookshelf wall, serving as a mini library and adding both character and utility to the space.
For the flooring, I have provided two material options in the common areas:

Porcelain tiles, offering a sleek, contemporary look with durability
Wood planks, for a warmer, more natural feel
Bedroom Designs:
The private spaces are tailored for flexibility and personalization:

Master Bedroom: Three distinct design concepts are presented, each varying in color palette, material selection, and overall ambiance to suit different lifestyle preferences.
Children’s Bedroom: Two creative design options have been prepared, balancing playful elements with smart storage solutions for both functionality and fun.
Outdoor Spaces:
To further enhance the living experience, the design includes thoughtful outdoor areas:

Private Balcony for the Master Bedroom: A more intimate space for relaxation and privacy.
Main Balcony: A larger, multifunctional outdoor area featuring a lounge zone, outdoor dining setup, and a bar nook. Additionally, a pass-through window from the kitchen to the bar area has been integrated to allow seamless serving and increased flexibility between indoor and outdoor entertaining.
