Thank you for this fascinating & engaging contest. My concept for the design of your house is conceptualized around a modern, simple & clean Nordic style that is designed to add style and taste to your family lifestyle.
To achieve the instant feeling of a big house on arrival, I moved the kitchen away from the entrance area to the opposite side of the living area to achieve a larger open airy living room. I then went ahead to design the kitchen in such a way that it gives you the option to add folding glass doors for flexibility between open plan and semi-open plan.
Finally, in the bedroom area I saw it wise to give the other balcony to the master bedroom while your other two children's bedrooms are designed to be similar. It is also important to note that the design keeps the guest bath away from the bedroom hallway for privacy reasons so you don't have guests peaking or even dropping by the bedrooms uninvited.
