Description

Dear Client,
it was a real pleasure working on your project. I hope I met all of your requirements and was able to create a wonderful living space for you and your family.

The project is divided into two main areas such as living (kitchen dining, living) facing the west side and sleeping areas, the bedrooms two of which are facing east and one facing southwest. The entrance is placed on the north side with a guest bathroom. I used the north balcony as a laundry room.

The kitchen is a semi-open kitchen leading to the dining area which opens up to the living area, this way you get a very nice open style living. The dining-living area is oriented towards the west balcony.

For the master bedroom In the uploaded drawings, you can find two options. Both options are with a different master bedroom and master bathroom. In the first one, you have a bigger bathroom with two sinks and a big shower. In this option, the closet opens to the bedroom. In option two you have a smaller bathroom but a secluded space for a wardrobe cabin. In both options, the master bedroom is oriented towards the south balcony.

The children's rooms are placed in equal distance from the master bedroom and are approximately the same size.

The windows and doors on the facade are all the same openings except for the window in the master bathroom witch is now smaller for 50sm, it was 200sm and now its 150 sm this is so that you can have more space in one of the children's room.

I also tried to give you an example with a 3D rendering of how the interior would look in nordic style.

I sincerely hope you will like it.

All the best,

Mihail Servini, Architect
