Description

I have tried to provide clean and open spaces as much as possible in the given area. The idea was to have no barriers or nooks that could get in the way of the fluidity of the space. In option 1, I have tried to preserve 2 bathrooms in the same position as the original layout while relocating the master bathroom to balance the relation of the salon and kitchen, thus providing a separate private space for the sleeping areas and connecting the terrace/balcony with the social spaces.
The option 2 is a similar proposal with the relocation of the guest bathroom to provide for a much larger kitchen, ensuring that social gatherings and family time can be celebrated around the open layout. The guest bathroom and the master bathroom can be connected with a shared drainage. While I’m aware that relocation of bathrooms can invariably increase the cost, I believe that once if the layout is well designed, budgetary restrictions can be balanced with the interiors.

Thank you.
