As desired by the client, suggested spaces have been arranged along three floors, Ground floor, Under Ground 01 and Under Ground 02. A mezzanine also suggested as a separate place for the parents.
Three comfortable stair cases connect floors and Mezzanine to the ground floor. The Semi closed Garage and the central position of the entrance allows an adequate distribution of the whole spaces. A big dining room area has been designed to space adequate guests and the Sliding doors of the Balcony also allows to make this space bigger. In the Dining room area all spaces are provided to be open and towards to the big and waste windows and beautiful sceneries.
The master Bed room designed in the Mezzanine a cozy place while it has a direct access to the ground floor and Entrance.
The living area has been designed with large sliding windows with thick profiles (to separate the upper curtain wall from the doors) allowing a wide view towards the green area, the kitchen has been completely opened toward dining area with a big Island, its size is such to be able to host big parties and also to serve in an informal way for everyday lunches.
The position of the staircase has been located in the southeast corner of the house with . The rooms for the Four children are located at the Underground floor 02, as it was suggested by the client the small bed rooms arranged in a way that, in the future, every two of them can connect together with (containing a separate bathroom) and make a whole bigger master rooms.
It has created a beautiful entrance area with a sitting place to welcome immediate guests and short talks with a beautiful view toward the below floor and outside scenes.
A longitude pool with the a glass wall has been suggested which is covered by a temporary and light inflated Cover (As it was suggested by the client). The Terrace's guards are from the natural plant barriers with 80 cm heights.
The main idea of this proposal is to give a new living space to the house and provide an appropriate circulation without compromising the privacy of the family, opening this new space towards the garden and green mountains while being shielded towards the street.
