Project description

Dear Client,

Thank you for this great project, I will explain a little about the proposal I submitted as follows:

-Living room,

In the living room area, I decided to remove the door to the balcony and replace it with a window, I did this because the balcony can only be accessed from the kitchen, and the sofa will have enough area, because you want a dining table facing the television, and close to the kitchen, then the most appropriate position in my opinion is as in the rendering that I attached,

in addition there is a corner glass with a seat to use shoes, and the furniture you want, such as a sofa, TV, dining table, and others, the color of the living room consists of cream, sage, wood texture, and gray on the sofa, according to what you want.

-Kitchen

In the kitchen area, I decided to replace the existing glass door, into one door, and one window, this is more effective, because there is a fairly large kitchen cabinet that covers part of the wall, so it is better to close it with a wall without windows, besides that I made a separate island, I decided not to make an L or U-shaped kitchen island, because in my opinion it is less suitable with the position of the end of the kitchen cabinet (around the sink) if we make an L or U-shaped kitchen island, it seems that the room will be narrow.

I tried to cover the remains of the wall demolition with ceramic motifs like in the living room. besides that I added frosted glass panels to provide a little privacy between the kitchen and bathroom.

-Bedroom 1

In the bedroom 1 area, I tried to complete furniture such as wardrobes, beds, and televisions, for the interior color I chose sage combined with cream,

- Bathroom and laundry room

I chose the laundry itself to be the anteroom area.

Thank you for this great project, hopefully the design I submitted is according to what you want, thank you.
