it was very interesting to work on your project. The apartment is redesigned, trying to meet your needs.
In the new organisation I tried to get the maximum of the space, creating comfortable and spacious living room with the piano, fireplace and vertical garden, kitchen with glass wall, storage spaces (walk-in closets). One bathroom is just for master bedroom.
There are two solutions, the first is with one room for both kids, the other is with two rooms, for each boy his personal space (maybe they will like it more).
