Dear client,
We are very happy to have participated in your contest.
Our goal in the design was to create a house with functional and bright spaces considering the existing limitations.
We placed the main bathroom in a place that had good access to the second bedroom, the entrance and the living room, and had natural ventilation (windows).
We considered the living room, dining room and kitchen as open spaces and allocated the brightest part to the kitchen and dining area.
We considered a bio fireplace for the living room.
We considered a pergola with a BBQ outside and placed the indoor kitchen in a place that has direct access to it.
We considered a small laundry room behind the kitchen that can also be used as a storage or pantry.
We considered closets in different parts of the house.
We placed the master bedroom in a place that has direct access to the pergola and we considered a walk in closet and a private bathroom for it.
We considered the study area in the bedroom.
We designed the house with a combination of white, gray and wood colors.
