hello Dear Client, In designing this plan, the points requested by the Client have been taken into account, Like new staircase design, Design 3 bedrooms upstairs with 5 beds , with book shelf and 2 bathroom with Laundry. There is also a boiler on the ground floor, Also, due to costs and facilities, we did not relocate the Bathroom . THANK YOU
