Il disegno presentato offre una nuova distribuzione che tiene di conto della fruibilità e funzionalità interna; a partire dall’ingresso abbiamo un primo ambiente filtro con armadi e sistemi contenitivi a filo parete per poi accedere all’ampio living con zona tv e saletta lettura; il tavolo da pranzo congiunge alla cucina open ma in posizione defilata e composta da isola e zona operativa lineare. Il bagno wc del piano terra per riquadrare gli spazi è stato creato chiudendo una porzione sotto scala che prima era in cucina. L’altra versione prevede il nuovo bagno nella posizione richiesta. Il piano primo si compone ora di tre stanze con letto, una per la figlia , uno studio camera ospiti e di una suite con letto matrimoniale e cabina armadio dedicata; a questo piano trova inoltre spazio il grande bagno lasciato invariato di posizione ma rivisto al suo interno. Il piano seminterrato è pensato per accogliere amici e parenti e prevede un restyling del camino con tv a parete e divano di fronte, alle spalle un mobile contenitore con angolo bar, e a completare un tavolo gioco.

The design presented offers a new distribution that takes into account usability and internal functionality; starting from the entrance we have a first filter room with wardrobes and storage systems flush with the wall and then access to the large living room with TV area and reading room; the dining table connects to the open kitchen but in a secluded position and composed of an island and linear operational area. The bathroom and toilet on the ground floor was created by closing a portion under the stairs that was previously in the kitchen to reframe the spaces. The other version includes the new bathroom in the required position. The first floor now consists of three rooms with a bed, one for the daughter, a study, guest bedroom and a suite with double bed and dedicated walk-in closet; on this floor there is also space for the large bathroom, left unchanged in position but revised inside. The basement is designed to welcome friends and relatives and includes a restyling of the fireplace with a wall-mounted TV and sofa in front, a storage unit with a bar corner behind it, and a game table to complete.
