Our idea is to design a clear, bright and modern house that creates a sense of life and peace with warm colors and furniture and natural materials.
At the main entrance of the building, we created a veranda with a green space to maintain the environmental conditions and improve the energy performance of the building, and create the possibility of sitting and using it.
The living room has an open space and we connected it to the kitchen as much as possible. The entrance closet and wall closet are designed to add functionality and beauty to sitting.
The wooden stairs with a modern design and a thick wall instills the feeling of nature in the heart of the building.
The kitchen is designed with integrated cabinets and modern design with optimal performance and there is a dining room for 6 people. The bathroom on the ground floor is designed in such a way that it does not have direct access to the kitchen.
After the kitchen, there is a barbecue and outdoor furniture.
In bedrooms, children's and work rooms, wardrobes were designed to have maximum functionality and beauty. Also, a lot of laundry and closets were used for better efficiency.
Under the ground, a wall was designed for a linear fireplace and TV and a bar wall to create quality, comfort and peace in this space.
