The project is designed to maximize the public space of the apartment. We removed the smallest bedroom (which we believe was not in the original project of the 30's) to generate a living room connected to the dining room and kitchen, we generated 3 options for this space, a common space, spacious and can be lived from different perspectives.

We added a second bathroom and a laundry room, respecting as much as possible the original walls and especially the structural walls, always in benefit of the construction cost.

In the bedrooms we thought of wide and illuminated spaces and finally in the attic we added two domes to be able to illuminate and ventilate this space that will be considered as a cinema room or studio.
