La proposta presentata nasce a partire da uno studio tra quelle che sono le richieste in termini di
funzioni che l’appartamento deve andare ad ospitare e quelli che sono i criteri per una buona
fruibilità e funzionalità degli ambienti. Senza intervenire sulle murature portanti si è studiata una
rifunzionalizzazione degli ambienti in modo da accedere in un primo grande ambiente in stile open
che ospita la zona giorno con living, cucina, pranzo e dispensa e che nella prima soluzione lascia
libero l’accesso al terrazzo in modo da donare maggiore luminosità oltre che uno sbocco
sull’esterno all’area giorno. Il tutto senza sacrificare la zona notte che ospita sempre le tre camere
da letto oltre a due bagni di cui uno riservato alla camera padronale con appositi accorgimenti che
coniugano l’estetica alla funzionalità; inoltre viene ricavato spazio per una comoda zona
lavanderia opportunamente schermata alla vista grazie all’inserimento di un’armadiatura a filo a
tutta parete.
La seconda soluzione differisce per il fatto di avere una zona giorno più compatta e una zona notte
con tre grandi camere; in questo caso il bagno con accesso al balcone è dotato di una zona
lavanderia adiacente a quest’ultimo in modo da poterne agevolmente usufruire per la stenditura
dei panni. Accorgimenti funzionali come cabine armadio a scomparsa oppure armadiature a tutta
altezza vengono inserite in molti ambienti in modo da ricavare spazi che risultano essere sempre
utili. Anche i bagni in relazione alle loro dimensioni sono stati studiati per offrire tutti i confort ed
ospitano grandi box doccia con possibilità di inserire all’interno sistemi di cromoterapia e panche
in modo da potersi sedere all’interno.

The proposal presented arises from a study between what are the requests in terms of functions
that the apartment must go to accommodate and what are the criteria for good usability and
functionality of the rooms. Without intervening on the load-bearing walls, a re-functionalization of
the rooms was studied in order to access a first large open-style room which houses the living area
with living room, kitchen, dining room and pantry and which in the first solution leaves free access
to the terrace in so as to give greater brightness as well as an outlet to the outside of the living
area. All without sacrificing the sleeping area which always houses the three bedrooms as well as
two bathrooms, one of which is reserved for the master bedroom with special features that
combine aesthetics with functionality; moreover, space has been created for a comfortable
laundry area suitably shielded from view thanks to the insertion of a full-wall flush wardrobe.
The second solution differs in that it has a more compact living area and a sleeping area with three
large bedrooms; in this case the bathroom with access to the balcony is equipped with a laundry
area adjacent to the latter so that it can be easily used for hanging clothes. Functional devices
such as retractable walk-in closets or full-height wardrobes are inserted in many environments in
order to obtain spaces that are always useful. Even the bathrooms in relation to their size have
been designed to offer all comforts and house large shower cubicles with the possibility of
inserting chromotherapy systems and benches inside so that you can sit inside.
