we tried to take your design for many probabilities and here is the conclusion we added the stairs beside the existing stairs divided be a door so you have freedom to open or close it ,the place under stairs can be used as a storage area entering it from outside
then we put the bath beside the stairs now so you get to the laundry space first then the door for the bath and why is that because i wanted to collect the wet area together
- for the living area we added section sofa , chair ,coffee table and tv beside the tv there is the stove
- for the kitchen a leanier kitchen cabinet and shelves a bove we kept the windows so the shelves are in the wall area between the windows and expanding the arch to make the living and kitchen more open with out removing the bearing wall
- for the first floor i when you get from the stairs here we have a lobby getting to a dressing room that access to the bath through a sliding door then we have the bed room with a bed , two comods and a chair
- for the second floor when you get from the stairs you enter the living you can add a door to close the apartment or just make the door before the stairs in the second floor the door for the apartment
- for the bath and kitchen i put them together to collect the plumbing and then the bedroom with a bed , two comods and a wardrobe
