The proposal seeks to make the apartment area more efficient giving a better use to spaces that were being underused, in this way it is possible to generate a fully integrated living room and kitchen area, with a simple and modern distribution. The kitchen, although small, is functional and meets the requirements in space and appliances to make it very comfortable and pleasant to use. With the new distribution, a completely independent laundry area appears, ventilated and naturally illuminated through one of the existing windows. An additional proposal is the renovation of the bathroom, which with a slight redistribution and renovation of appliances and finishes, achieves a much more modern appearance.
