Description

Gentile Cliente.

Dear Customer.

For the realization of the project, it is thought to create a cozy and modern apartment to live in by connecting it with the tradition of the area. The space will be divided into 3 floors. The existing ground floor ceiling will be demolished to build a new, more comfortable height for normal living. The ground floor will function as a living room area with a lounge area and dining table-oriented towards the facade overlooking the river. In the center will be the stairwell and a toilet with all the applause, and in the final part will be created the L-shaped kitchen which will have a large space for storage and cooking. An underground window will be built so that the kitchen can be ventilated and receive natural light. Stairs will have an interplay between metal, wood, and glass. The first floor will function as a night area with 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The larger room will have a closed balcony with glass windows which can be used during the winter with closed windows and in summer with windows that can be opened. A third room will be created on the upper floor which will have a sofa that turns into a bed and can be used as a bedroom for friends and as a studio or recreational space to spend time with family. The exterior walls will be plastered with white plaster. The floor will have stone mosaic and there will be stairs that connect from the living room to the veranda.
