Dear Client,

Thank you for the opportunity to design your beautiful holiday home. After studying and analysing your needs and your house existing, I proposed six alternative designs, which basically have an open layout for the living room, dining room, and kitchen. There are two types of demolition plans. One type is for alternative 1, 2, and 3 design layouts. The other demolition plan is for alternative 4, 5, and 6 design layouts. The difference between alternatives 1, 2, and 3 is the furniture layout. In the alternative 1 design, I proposed a new construction wall beside the column for putting tv table, so the sofa’s orientation is toward this wall. The other difference between alternative 1 from alternative 2 and 3 is that the single bedroom has only one access, through the entrance hall. The size of the sofa in this alternative 1 is also bigger than the other alternative designs.

In the alternative 2 design, I put the sofa facing the windows, and I placed the TV in the wall. Because of the limited space, the extendable dining table in the dining room is only for eight people, so I proposed a small kitchen island with two chairs. In this alternative design, there are two accesses of a single bedroom, one is from the entrance hall, and the other is from the dining room.

In the alternative 3 design, the sofa faces the wall which separates the living room and a single bedroom. The single bedroom also has two accesses, one from the entrance hall and the other is from the living room.

In the alternative 4, 5, and 6, I changed the right side bathroom location and change the wall position in the back of the kitchen. The existing bathroom is transformed into walk-in closet, and new bathroom position is moved to the existing entrance which makes entrance hall become smaller. Different from alternative 1, 2, and 3, position of single bedroom in alternative 4, 5, and 6 is behind the kitchen. The difference between alternative 4, 5, and six is the furniture layout of living room and dining room. In the alternative 4 design, the sofa facing the wall that separates living room and double bedroom.

In the alternative 5 design, the sofa facing the window. I proposed a 90 cm high wall to separate the kitchen and the living room, and the tv table.

In the alternative 6 design, I put a corner sofa leaning against the wall facing the window. I also put the tv table and stove (pellet) beside the tv table.

I also submit render views but only for alternative 1 design. Overall interior design style is using natural wood material for flooring and wall (not all the wall). I also proposed natural grey stone for the kitchen blacksplash. I mixed natural wood color with white, off white (curtain), grey, and also dark grey (dining chair).

I hope you like my design as much as I do.
Thank you
Regards
