Based on your design needs and requirements, I am presenting two alternatives for your consideration. The main difference between these two alternatives lies in the access to the north terrace.
In the second alternative, although access to the north terrace may only be possible through the master bedroom, it has many advantages such as having a much shorter hallway, rooms, and living space with suitable shape and size.
However, the choice will be yours to make the final decision based on your needs. If alternative 2 seems more logical to you, I am ready to make the necessary changes to it without any additional cost if the interior design style also aligns with your taste.
