Residential - House
Dear Mr. Enrico,
Thank you for this opportunity and was a pleasure working on your project.
Hope the work is satisfactory and will meet your need.

My Design depends on preserving the existing walls as possible while carefully selecting the walls to be demolished that aligns with my concept and allows for a spacious livable house.
This concept transformed the house from a Closed-Rooms Concept into a single Open-Living Space that includes also an open kitchen and allowed for 2 larger bedrooms to be placed on the ground floor.

In details, the living and the right-side room have been linked together in a single Open-Living space. This Living space has been connected to an Upper Terrace outside in the court which then, gives access to the lower terrace on the courtyard, the swimming pool, the glass veranda, the parking and the laundry room below. This allowed for a better internal circulation and prevented the need to access the courtyard and laundry from the ramp outside.
-
The Studio and Left side room have been linked together allowing for a larger bedroom and additional bathroom. The original Bathroom position have been maintained, enlarged, and added to the kitchen and dining above creating a Master Bedroom. A mezzanine floor has been added above the bathrooms allowing to create an additional spacious bedroom above.

There are 2 proposals concerning the fireplace. A Corner type Fireplace and a U-Shape Fireplace. Each one of them have been planned depending on the Italian company Palazzetti wood-burning models. Also included 2 different finishing options for each model.
-
The back Courtyard have been modified by elevating an Upper terrace which is just one step below the house floor level. The Upper Terrace leads to a Lower Terrace which accommodate a Vegetable Garden and gives access to the Horizon-Type swimming pool and Glass veranda which have been incorporated in the landscape. The existing tree of the current Courtyard is preserved in this Terrace as well as the existing trees beside the Upper Terrace. The Lower Terrace itself leads down to the basement and parking.

In the end, I must say I had really enjoyed working on your project and I hope I have provided a good design and met all the possible requirements needed in order for you to make decisions and to proceed with your House.
Best Regards,
