In this residence, classic materials such as wood and steel were incorporated, selected to offer a timeless aesthetic with a modern touch. The design prioritizes a strong connection with nature, featuring a spacious garden as the centerpiece of the project.

The garage was strategically located on one side of the property to avoid disrupting the flow of the main areas. Inside, a hallway was designed to seamlessly connect the entrance to the backyard, providing direct access to key spaces such as the pool, terrace, and glass veranda, all integrated to maximize enjoyment during gatherings or social events.

In the rear section of the house, certain walls were removed to create a more open and spacious atmosphere between the kitchen, dining room, and living area. Near the back entrance, stairs were installed to provide convenient and direct access to the basement, ensuring its functionality and connection to the rest of the home.

Finally, the master bedroom stands out with a fireplace, an exclusive feature designed to create a warm and inviting space, ideal for reading or relaxation.

In questa residenza sono stati integrati materiali classici come il legno e l'acciaio, scelti per offrire un'estetica senza tempo con un tocco moderno. Il progetto privilegia una forte connessione con la natura, caratterizzata da un ampio giardino che funge da fulcro del progetto.

Il garage è stato posizionato strategicamente su un lato della proprietà per non interrompere il flusso delle aree principali. All'interno è stato progettato un corridoio che collega senza soluzione di continuità l'ingresso al cortile sul retro, offrendo accesso diretto a spazi chiave come la piscina, la terrazza e la veranda in vetro, tutti integrati per massimizzare il piacere durante riunioni o eventi sociali.

Nella parte posteriore della casa, alcune pareti sono state rimosse per creare un'atmosfera più aperta e spaziosa tra la cucina, la sala da pranzo e il soggiorno. Accanto all'ingresso posteriore, sono state installate scale che consentono un comodo e diretto accesso al seminterrato, garantendone la funzionalità e il collegamento al resto della casa.

Infine, la camera da letto principale si distingue per un camino, un elemento esclusivo pensato per creare uno spazio caldo e accogliente, ideale per leggere o rilassarsi.
