The design of the apartment focuses on creating a high‑quality, comfortable, and visually clean space within a compact 30 m² area. We used smooth curved lines to make the apartment feel softer, more elegant, and easier to move through. The micro cement finish helps keep the space unified and modern, giving it a calm luxury feel.

When entering the apartment, the right side includes a modern, fully built‑in kitchenette with all essential appliances. On the left, we placed the laundry unit and the bathroom. The bathroom is designed with simple, high‑quality materials and includes a hidden, lockable storage cabinet built inside the wall. This cabinet is only for housekeeping staff, keeping guest areas clean and organized.

The layout then opens into the living area, which includes a comfortable sofa, a large wall‑mounted TV, and a proper workstation with an ergonomic chair, ideal for business travellers. The sleeping area is located on the left side and features a fixed, high‑quality bed, ensuring durability and easy use.

Overall, the apartment is designed to feel bigger than its size, look great in photos, and offer a premium experience that can compete with 5‑star hotels, perfect for luxury short‑term rentals like Airbnb Luxe and Booking.
