k54 - building my modern 3 bedrooms apartment overlooking beirut city with a garden

Briefing

Last year I bought a 3 bedrooms apartment on the map in a building project called K54 located in Kahale area in my home country Lebanon. The project is still in progress however the block work is finished. I think it's in the MEP phase now.

This apartment AS2 consists of: 1 living room, 1 dining room, kitchen with a balcony, maid's room, 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a master bedroom with a garden + a guest bathroom.

The view from this apartment is stunning. It overlooks Beirut, the airport and the sea among many other things.

I currently live in Dubai so the use of this apartment will be on occasional basis when I visit Lebanon mainly.
I love modern style with a touch of classic. I want to make it a nice apartment, comfortable and make use of the view and the garden which is linked to the master bedroom.

You'll notice I changed a bit in the layout by removing a wall from the living/dining room space. So I want to know your opinion about that. I'm thinking of putting a bar, chimney (gas because the building isn't equipped to put a wooden one) in the middle of the space between living and dining rooms so I want to know your opinion about that too.

I'm planning to use the balcony space too by adding a curtain glass and transform it into a room.

6. Ideas to install cameras internal and external (mainly in the garden)

9. Bar or no bar?

11. AC location and design (keep it split type or install duct grill type)
12. False ceiling or no?
13. Cameras installation inside and outside (in the garden)
