I have sent two drawings: one showing the layout and materials, and another showing the dimensions. I’ve kept the same size and position for the swimming pool. The kitchen also follows the given dimensions and is placed right at the main entrance. To the right of the entrance, there’s a shoe rack and a coat closet.
The first space you enter is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen window is 3 meters long and 0.5 meters high, positioned between the upper and lower cabinets. Its purpose is to maximize natural light while cooking and to allow ventilation to the outside.
I’ve enlarged the main entrance door, creating a direct view toward the living room, which features a large glass wall that opens up the view to the pool and greenery outside. The living room includes a large, long sofa, a rug, a small table, and two accent chairs. The opposite wall has a TV shelf and a decorative wall that can be painted in a different color or used to hang art, depending on the owner’s preference.
On the right side of the house is the private area, consisting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry room. The two smaller bedrooms have similar sizes, each fitting a single bed, a wardrobe, and a study or work desk. These two rooms share a common bathroom near the living room.
The master bedroom is large enough for a double bed and two wardrobes placed on either side, forming a partition that separates the sleeping area from the private bathroom. Between the two wardrobes is a gypsum arch doorway combined with sliding wooden doors on both sides. Inside are two washbasins for the couple, and the toilet is enclosed in a separate room for convenience when both are using the bathroom at the same time.
The laundry room has been expanded toward the private bathroom area, providing enough space for a sink, a stacked washer and dryer, and a storage shelf on the right side.
All floors are finished with light-colored wood, except the bathrooms and laundry room, which use waterproof and anti-slip tiles with wall tiles reaching at least 1.2 meters high. All bathroom mirrors include wall-mounted shelves.
I hope this explanation clearly conveys the design concept and helps you make effective use of it.
