Interior Layout of Villa Altomare

The layout is changed to provide space for the open-plan kitchen and entrance room with a large closet for coats and shoes. The kitchen will have to be re-configured to fit, by separating one of the vertical elements and moving them over in line with the cooker island.
The longitudinal bedroom wall is changed so it meanders - and leaves more room in the communal area and laundry room for the TV display and the second washer or dryer.
The bathroom doors are also changed to pivot instead of slide. My experience with sliding doors is that they are screens that stay open for the most time, and that they provide no acoustic separation at all. That is why all the doors are here planned as classic pivot doors with a wood frame.
All the outside windows are same in measurements, but their position is changed according to the interior layout.
