Project Description

This villa design is done in accordance with your request for a modern and functional house for the family. The house has a big master bedroom, two warm children bedrooms, and two accessible bathrooms. In the center of the house, the living room is combined with the kitchen and faces the pool to bring about openness, light, and a calming view.

To be functional in daily use, the design includes an indoor laundry room and coat closet entrance. Window locations and main entrance have been designed as the villa is not yet built, while keeping in mind maximizing natural light, privacy, and circulation.

This proposal balances your family's needs with modern style, creating an elegant yet comfortable home.
