This redesigned villa embraces simplicity, modernity, and functionality while making the most of its existing pool as a focal point. The living area features a three-panel clear glass sliding door, creating a seamless visual connection to the pool and extending the sense of openness to the kitchen. The open social kitchen flows effortlessly into the dining area, where a four-seat arrangement is perfectly positioned to enjoy a soothing pool view during meals.

A practical indoor laundry and storage space is tucked behind the kitchen for convenience. Every bedroom includes a wardrobe, with the master bedroom designed as an ensuite. The two additional bedrooms are strategically placed for easy access to a shared washroom, which also serves guests. This washroom features a lobby area with a wash-hand basin and built-in storage for toiletries.

The main entry leads directly into the living area, where a coat cabinet and footwear storage provide comfort and practicality during seasonal changes.
