La richiesta era quella di rimodellare su misura una casa per una mamma e suo figlio prossimo all’adolescenza, la progettazione si è tradotta in ben 5 soluzioni, in alcune si mantiene la conformazione e la disposizione delle aree, in altre invece si interviene anche sulle strutture per dare maggiore possibilità di scelta e per non escludere qualsiasi studio possibile.
La costante è stata aumentare lo spazio con gli arredi. Infatti, il bagno è stato riprogettato per poter avere uno spazio lavanderia con annessi prodotti, la doccia è costruita con mensole e nicchie interne ed esterne per contenere prodotti, creme e tutto ciò che serve in bagno, così come lo spazio sopra i sanitari, con armadiature che hanno la stessa funzione. Inoltre, nel corridoio sono state introdotte delle armadiature a scomparsa che si mimetizzano nelle decorazione parietale con cornici, ad apertura a pressione. Ancora, nella camera del ragazzo è stato inserito un letto su una struttura contenitore con lo scopo di aumentare uno spazio contenitivo che non ci sarebbe stato con un letto normale; questo ha consentito di creare due livelli nella stanza che conferiscono assoluta modernità, dinamicità ed unicità; in alcune soluzioni l’armadiatura di questa stanza è inserita nello spazio-nicchia preesistente, lasciando libero il resto della stanza per una maggiore vivibilità, in altre soluzioni è stato inserito in questo spazio il letto. Infine, la camera matrimoniale, già con una bella metratura, ho proposto sia soluzioni con cabina armadio walk-in, che soluzioni con stanza armadio, che soluzioni con armadiatura arredo.
Le porte del corridoio e della camera matrimoniale sono in vetro per permettere alla luce di penetrare per tutto il corridoio e far vedere la parete decorativa retroilluminata della camera da letto.
L’arredo e le boiserie alle pareti hanno linee pulite e moderne, così come l’illuminazione.
I colori sono tenui ed essenziali, nel bagno e nella camera singola oserei con l’inserimento di qualche punta di colore dalle tonalità carta da zucchero, avion, grigio chiaro.

In fact, the bathroom has been redesigned to be able to have a laundry space with attached products, the shower is built with shelves and internal and external niches to contain products, creams and everything you need in the bathroom, as well as the space above the sanitary ware, with cabinets that have the same function.
In addition, retractable wardrobes have been introduced in the corridor that are camouflaged in the wall decorations with frames, with pressure opening. Again, in the boy's room a bed was inserted on a storage structure with the aim of increasing a storage space that would not have been there with a normal bed; This has made it possible to create two levels in the room that give absolute modernity, dynamism and uniqueness; In some solutions, the wardrobe of this room is inserted in the pre-existing niche space, leaving the rest of the room free for greater livability, in other solutions the bed has been inserted in this space. Finally, the master bedroom, already with a large size, I proposed both solutions with walk-in walk-in closet, solutions with a closet, and solutions with a wardrobe.
The doors to the corridor and the master bedroom are made of glass to allow light to penetrate the entire corridor and reveal the backlit decorative wall of the bedroom.
The furniture and the wainscoting on the walls have clean and modern lines, as well as the lighting.
The colors are soft and essential, in the bathroom and in the single bedroom I would dare with the inclusion of some touches of color in shades of baby blue, avion, light gray.
