OBIETTIVO
Rinnovare e arredare lo spazio per renderlo ideale al target di riferimento. Il progetto non richiede interventi di muratura o modifica degli spazi. L’obiettivo è quindi quello di avere un progetto di interior design che valorizzi al massimo gli spazi esistenti.
L’immobile, una volta pronto, verrà messo in affitto nel seguente modo:
– Affitto a 3 studenti (3 posti letto singoli all’interno della stanza da letto).
TARGET
Giovani studenti universitari (indirizzo design o ingegneria) tra i 18 e 25 anni che cercano un posto letto e uno spazio da condividere per periodi dai 6 mesi in su.
LINEE GUIDA:
1. Colori e arredamento luminoso, che faccia sembrare il più ampio possibile lo spazio. Uno stile giovane e fresco, che si ispira alle nuove tendenze (spazi di coworking, loft, etc).
2. Dare uno stile riconoscibile e caratterizzante all’appartamento, che lo renda unico e faccia sì che sia riconoscibile e attragga gli ospiti. Che risalti rispetto al resto dell’offerta.
3. Pavimenti: vorrei tenere le attuali piastrelle che sono particolari, antiche e con colori vivaci. Le pulirei e luciderei per ravviarle ma vorrei tenerle e dare un tocco unico alla casa.
Nel bagno invece cambierei il pavimento.
4. L’appartamento dovrebbe ospitare 3 ospiti. Posizionerei 3 letti singoli nella camera da letto.
5. L’unica parete che potrebbe essere ripensata è quella tra cucina e bagno. Le due nicchie al momento sono in cucina ma potrebbero essere chiuse in cucine per aggiungere spazio al bagno.
6. Sfruttare al meglio lo spazio del corridoio per essere più funzionale possibile.
7. Camera da letto: è ampia e gli spazi vanno sfruttati al meglio per essere ospitare 3 letti singoli.
8. Bagno: da rifare completamente. Eliminare la vasca e mettere una doccia. Eventualmente pensare a un antibagno nel corridoio, appena prima del bagno per riporre lavatrice, scarpiera, etc.
BUDGET E VINCOLI:
– Il budget per la sistemazione dell’appartamento e per l’acquisto dell’arredamento è di circa 10.000/15.000€. Manodopera e montaggio arredamento esclusa.
– Non vorrei effettuare grosse opere di muratura (abbattimento di muri esistenti). Potrei trasformare solamente il muro tra bagno e cucina.
– Poiché l’appartamento verrà affittato, l’arredamento dev’essere d’impatto visivo ma dal costo contenuto. E soprattutto resistenti alla non curanza.

GOAL
To renovate and furbish the space in order to make it ideal for the target. The project doesn’t require stonework o spaces modification (tear down walls etc). The goal is to get an interior design project that makes the most out of the existing spaces.
The apartment, once ready, will be rented out as the following:
– Students rental (3 students with single beds in the same bedroom)
TARGET
University students (designers and engineers) between 18 and 25 yo who are looking to rent a single bed accomodation in a shared apartment for several months (from 6 months ideally).
GUIDELINES
1. Bright colors and furbish, that will make the space seem as wide as possible. A youthful and fresh style, inspired by the new trends (coworking spaces, metropolitan loft, etc)
2. Provide the apartment with a recognizable and characterising style. Making it unique to attract guests. It should bring out compared to other apartments in the same area.
3. I’d love to keep existing floor (antique tiles) that are very peculiar and with bright colors. I’ll clean and polish them. I’ll keep them to give a unique touch to the apartment.
On the other side, Bathroom floor has to be changed.
4. Apartment has to be suitable for 3 guests. I would place 3 single beds in the bedroom.
5. The only wall that can be changed is the one between the bathroom and the kitchen. The 2 holes in the kitchen walls could be closed and moved to the bathroom to add space there.
6. Do the best to exploit space in the corridor and make it as much functional as possible.
7. Bedroom: it’s quite large and space has to be used smartly to host 3 single beds.
8. Bath: renovate it from scratch. No more tub, lets put a shower instead. Possibly you can create an “anteroom” in the corridor, right before the bathroom to add space and store washing machine, shoes, etc.
BUDGET AND CONSTRAINTS
– Budget to decorate the apartment and buy furnitures is around 10.000-15.000€. Labour and assembling furnitures excluded.
– I don’t need stonework (knocking down existing ones). I could do only the wall between kitchen and bathroom.
– Considering the apartment will be rented out, furnitures has to give a nice impact with a low price.
