I hope you like the colors I've chosen for you, a mix of chrome and navy as the focal point, with beige as the neutral color, also a bit of black and green here and there to balance out everything.
For your apartment, the main focus is the kitchen - dining - living area.
The style is combination of minimalism and eclectic.
I created warmer tone colors for the dining and living, and cooler tone in kitchen (to add some masculinity).
While the bedroom and bathroom, I use little colors, to create a calmer atmosphere.
I use mainly beige and white color, with wooden texture to add warmth.
For flooring, I use wooden flooring on all the apartment (except the laundry and bathroom) to balance out the colors and give continuity for every room in your apartment.
As for wall materials, as you have stated in the brief, I used white brick tiles on the bathroom, laundry, and kitchen.
While in other areas, I use vibrant color paint as the design statement.
And for the wall beside the hallway, my idea is to create a repetition of wooden planks, that can also be used as bookshelf/coat hook.
If you prefer to put paintings/ photos, I think it will be good too, since you can change the composition of the decors however you like it. :)
The total of principal furniture and lighting fixtures I have chosen is worth € 8592.
I think with a total budget of € 30.000, it will not be too hard to add wooden flooring, create a decorative wooden wall, repainting the walls, and add other decors such as paintings, plants, etc.
